By booking any service, course, healing session, or in-person event through Ciara’s Calling, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are designed to ensure clear expectations, mutual respect, and a safe, aligned experience for all clients.

1. General Agreement

By purchasing or booking a service with Ciara’s Calling, you:

  • Confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Acknowledge that all services are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for medical treatment.

  • Take full responsibility for your own health and healing journey.

  • Consent to receive communications regarding your booking, service, or programme.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings

  • Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

  • You are required to complete a consultation form upon booking.

Cancellations for 1:1 Sessions

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If answers provided in the consultation form suggest the treatment is unsafe or unsuitable, Ciara’s Calling reserves the right to cancel the appointment. If guidance was provided before booking and ignored, a refund may not be issued.

For Courses and Group Circles

Due to the nature of this work all purchase are final and non refundable however if you cannot make it live (for online only) you will be sent the recording and any recourses included etc.

3. Courses

  • Courses offer payment plans. These payment plan's must be paid weekly on set dates. All payment plans should be fully completed 1 week before the course ends (online) or before the course happens in person.

  • Contracts and participant expectations must be read, understood, and agreed to before starting any course or programme.

4. In-Person Events

  • All the same cancellation, refund, and payment terms outlined above apply to in-person events.

  • Please arrive on time and ensure you’ve completed any required forms or agreements before the event begins.

5. Disclaimer: Complementary Energy Healing

Please note:

This session is a form of complementary energy healing and is not a substitute for traditional medicine. The effects are cumulative, with regular sessions supporting deeper healing over time. Results vary for each person. It is advisable to see a qualified doctor if you suffer from a physical, mental, or emotional problem. You take full responsibility for your own healing journey. By booking, you acknowledge and consent to this information. You are required to inform Ciara prior to the session of any medical conditions, illnesses or if you are pregnant.

6. Communication & Agreements

  • By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to receive essential emails regarding your session, service access, and occasional updates related to your healing journey.

  • All courses, group experiences, and mentorship containers come with project expectations and/or a contact that must be followed for full participation.

7. Irish Business Compliance

Ciara’s Calling operates in compliance with Irish consumer law under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and other relevant regulations. You are entitled to transparent information, fair treatment, and data protection.
